Corporate design for property companies: rename, relaunch, new brand.
Corporate design for property companies is usually needed when something has changed: a new name after succession or merger, an own brand for institutional clients, or an appearance older than the software behind it. For management companies, portfolio holders and developers in Berlin I do the whole chain: positioning, name, mark, website, templates, and the structured data with which Google and AI engines learn the new brand.
Occasions I see in 2026.
A Berlin property manager with 20,000 units renamed itself in September 2026 and rebuilt its appearance. Another founded an own brand for family offices and asset managers next to the main brand. Managers report that a current appearance is now a prerequisite in pitches for management contracts. And the change of name is the moment search engines and AI engines reclassify the company, correctly or wrongly.
What a relaunch covers today.
Positioning: what the company stands for, in three sentences. Name and mark, if needed, with trademark research. Website with property and service pages, own admin and structured data. Templates for exposés, offers, email, signage. And the transition: redirects, directory entries, Google business profile, portals, so the old brand passes cleanly into the new one.
From one person.
I built the brands for WAYSA and Honey Lou myself and programmed the portals for Nicolas Berggruen Holdings myself. Design and technology come from the same hand, and the appearance is machine-readable on the day it goes live.

Questions
- What does corporate design cost?
- Freelancers quote 4,000 to 8,000 euros for corporate design, agencies 6,000 to 15,000 euros, brand relaunches with website from 11,600 euros. With me a fixed price per step by scope applies, in writing before the start.
- Do we have to change the name?
- Only if it is wrong: no longer fits the offer, gets confused with others, or does not hold legally. Otherwise it stays, and the positioning changes.
- What happens to visibility when the name changes?
- It collapses if nobody plans the transition. Redirects, directories, portals, Google profile and structured data must be switched on the day of the change. That is part of the project.
- How long does a relaunch take?
- Positioning and identity within weeks, website within weeks after that. Usually two to three months in total, in stages.
