Numbers: daily close-outs, receipts, evaluations without retyping. Visibility: making sure ChatGPT, Gemini and Google name your company correctly.

According to Bitkom, 58 percent of Germans use AI, a third weekly. Your customers and your staff already do. The question is whether it happens in your business in an orderly way or on the side.

What consulting means with me.

Half a day in your business: which processes, which software, where the hours go. Then a written plan with three to five use cases, each with effort, data protection assessment and a fixed price. You pick one. I build it, with your team, within weeks. Then operation and adjustment.

Rules I keep: data on EU servers, in your possession. No training data for foreign models. A human reviews before anything goes out. Chatbots and generated content are labelled, as the AI Act requires since 2 August 2026.

Why now in Berlin.

The free advice points are getting fewer: the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Berlin ends on 30 September 2026, the Berlin InvestitionsBONUS is discontinued. What remains is the BAFA subsidy for business consulting until the end of 2026 and a market of agencies selling AI as an add-on. I sell the implementation.

Questions

What does AI consulting cost?

In the market, potential analyses sit at 1,900 to 3,500 euros, day rates at 1,200 to 2,000 euros, monthly support at 1,500 to 4,000 euros. I work with fixed prices per use case and a monthly amount for operation. Both are in writing before the start.

Is there funding?

BAFA subsidises business consulting for small and medium companies until 31 December 2026, in Berlin with 50 percent of up to 3,500 euros. It requires a consultant listed with BAFA. Whether your project fits, we clarify in the first call.

Which models do you use?

Claude and OpenAI through their interfaces, depending on the task. Processing on EU servers, no storage of your data at the provider beyond the call, data processing agreements.

Does my business need new software?

Mostly not. The tools sit next to your existing software and hand over results by export or interface.
