Berggruen Holdings, the private property company of Nicolas Berggruen, needed to show its available Berlin commercial space without putting it on the open market. I designed and built nbh.immo: a private, owner-direct portal for their Gewerbeflächen, plus its own admin where NBH manages every building, unit and photo gallery themselves. Filterable by use and district, always live and current.

Full-scale training platform for men to develop real relationship skills. 14 disciplines spanning communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, intimacy, and self-awareness. 59 structured courses with 256 lessons following a read-practice-reflect methodology. Features progress tracking across all disciplines, personalized archetype profiles, streak tracking, Stripe subscription management, and a full admin CMS for content and user management.

Full website for Honey Lou Berlin. Includes a custom-built reservation system with real-time capacity tracking, admin dashboard, automated guest confirmations, waitlist handling, and calendar exports.

The AI tool built to replace the strategy agency. Microdose reads culture in real time and turns it into brand, product and content, powered by the Observatory: live cultural monitoring, sentiment tracking and signal detection. One tool where you used to need five vendors.

A browser world made from the paintings of Mimi Ritzler. You play a drop of pigment walking around inside her work. Fifteen of her real canvases hang in two galleries and wake, one at a time, as you do the thing each one is dreaming of. At the end you paint your own and it hangs beside hers. Nothing here was designed by eye: every colour is a real pixel lifted from one of her canvases, and every shape is built by one renderer that turns any form into her nested contour rings. Hyperlocal dating app designed for Honey Lou Berlin. Users browse profiles tied to the venue, match based on music taste and attendance patterns, and commit to meeting at the bar. Built with location-aware matching, event-night push notifications, integrated table reservations, and a venue admin dashboard tracking match-to-visit conversion.
Jungian archetype inquiry platform. Users complete a deep questionnaire spanning identity, relationships, career, shadow, and purpose. AI synthesizes responses into a personalized archetype profile with tension mapping, shadow pattern analysis, and integration paths. Each result generates a designed, downloadable PDF report. Includes Stripe-powered payments and a full admin dashboard for managing users and analytics.
Cash counting and shift management dashboard for venue operations. Visual shift planning with drag-and-drop, nightly cash reconciliation, sales tracking per category, analytics charts for revenue trends, and real-time team coordination. Replaced paper-based counting and WhatsApp coordination.
