nbh.immo· private client portalShare →

Berggruen Holdings, the private property company of Nicolas Berggruen, needed to show its available Berlin commercial space without putting it on the open market. I designed and built nbh.immo: a private, owner-direct portal for their Gewerbeflächen, plus its own admin where NBH manages every building, unit and photo gallery themselves. Filterable by use and district, always live and current.

A browser world made from the paintings of Mimi Ritzler. You play a drop of pigment walking around inside her work. Fifteen of her real canvases hang in two galleries and wake, one at a time, as you do the thing each one is dreaming of. At the end you paint your own and it hangs beside hers. Nothing here was designed by eye: every colour is a real pixel lifted from one of her canvases, and every shape is built by one renderer that turns any form into her nested contour rings. Vanilla Three.js and hand written GLSL, sound synthesised live, the whole first load about 320 KB. Paintings by Mimi Ritzler, used with permission: instagram.com/mimiritzler

noagency

Which school of advertising should your campaign follow?

noagency reads your brief and tells you which of eight decoded schools of thinking fits it, then shows your project through that lens: the campaign shape, a handful of thought-starters, and one move you can make on Monday. Each school is a full operating system, the question it asks a brief, the tension it hunts, what it builds, and what it refuses to do, distilled from independent analysis of publicly available campaign work in the German market. Hand it a product, a launch, or a problem, or let it run a short questionnaire to find your style. Built by Orhan Olgar.

LinkedIn Bullshit Checker

Is that post bullshit, and did AI write it?

Paste any LinkedIn post and the Bullshit Checker scores it on two axes: a Bullshit Index (empty corporate filler, broetry, engagement bait, recycled wisdom) and an AI Fingerprint (was the prose machine-generated or heavily AI-edited). It reads English and German, runs entirely in your browser so no data ever leaves your device, and shows the exact tells behind every verdict. Free and instant. Built by Orhan Olgar.

findjob

A job search engine for the EU & German market.

findjob finds live openings across EU and German job boards, scores every role against the skills you actually have, and exports a ranked, tiered Excel shortlist, so 20 sharp applications beat 200 blind ones. German-market aware: it reads German posts, treats a required German level (B2/C1/C2) as a scored requirement, and flags remote, salary, and source. Built by Orhan Olgar.
