I'm Orhan — based in Berlin, working across brands, spaces, campaigns, and products. The common thread is always the same: I take something that exists as an idea and turn it into something people can walk into, look at, or use.

I've directed BMW campaigns at CES and Art Basel with NAS on stage. I built Honey Lou from an empty room into one of Berlin's most talked-about music venues. I shipped an AI product that bridges Jungian psychology with modern tech. I created WAYSA's entire brand identity from scratch.

I don't pick between strategy and execution — I do both. If a project needs a brand system, I design it. If it needs code, I write it. If it needs a room that makes people feel something, I build that too. I've managed teams of 6–12 across BMW, Dentsu, and my own company — creatives, developers, producers. When scale is needed, I know how to lead it.

How I work

Every project starts the same way.

Not with a mood board. With a conversation.

Listen

Week 1

I talk to the people behind the project. What do they actually care about? What does the audience feel right now? I stay here until the real problem surfaces — not the brief, the actual tension.

Clarify

Week 2

I turn what I heard into a position. One clear direction that everyone on the project can make decisions from. Strategy, messaging, the whole frame. No fluff, no 80-page decks.

Build

Week 3–6

I design it, I code it, I produce it — whatever the project needs. Identity systems, websites, campaign assets, spatial concepts. I don’t hand off to someone else.

Ship

Week 6+

It goes live. I stay in it through launch, handle what breaks, optimize what’s soft. The project isn’t done when the file is exported — it’s done when it works in the real world.
