Leasing commercial space in Berlin today means being found in three places: on the portal, in Google and in the answers of ChatGPT and others. Why the portal listing is no longer enough.
ImmoScout24 has run inside ChatGPT since January 2026. Whoever looks for office space in Kreuzberg gets an answer with portal results and the owners whose pages the engine has read. Without an own property page your unit appears only as a portal line, behind the portal brand.

- Your team, in an own admin. Change availability, swap photos, add a unit, without a developer.
- How fast do the pages appear in Google?
