What I build.
Portals where customers or tenants serve themselves. Intake tools that sort inquiries. Admins for properties, tasks, rounds, records. Accounting and close-out tools with AI. iOS apps when push and camera are needed. All on Next.js, TypeScript and an own database, without a licence per user.

What custom software costs.
A first tool for a defined process sits in the low five figures and is in use within weeks. Larger portals with several roles and interfaces accordingly more. You get a fixed price based on the process plan, not an hour counter. Operation, hosting and changes as a monthly amount.
When you should not do it.
If an off-the-shelf software covers 90 percent of your workflow, take it. Custom software is for the processes that remain. I tell you that in the first call, even if it costs me the job.
