AI in property management: be found, save work.

AI in property management has two sides. Outward: whether owners and tenants who ask ChatGPT or Google for a management company in Berlin get your firm named. Inward: whether inquiries, damage reports and documents are sorted automatically. I build both, on a website and a tool that belong to you.

The state of the industry.

The VDIV industry barometer 2026 names digitalisation the top priority for 70.3 percent of management companies, and 60.8 percent want to expand their use of AI. At the same time most companies report overload and open positions.

The software exists. What is missing is the connection: a website that brings new owners, and a tool that sorts inquiries before they reach a case handler.

Outward: being named.

Whoever asks ChatGPT for a condominium management company in Berlin gets portals and three to five names. Whether yours is among them depends on whether your website describes services, districts, portfolio sizes and contacts in a way a machine can read. I measure the baseline and build the pages that are missing.
