CashCount Guru

AI-based accounting software for bars, restaurants and clubs. The nightly cash count becomes the schedule, the staff costs and the P&L. Close-out in one minute, automatic wage calculation with night surcharges, profit and margin per month. Runs next to the till, no new hardware. Running a real bar group since January 2026: 180 nights closed out, 209,000 euros reconciled, 2 venues, 13 staff.
