Strategy, Content & Website for a Conflict School
Two experienced practitioners — one an organizational consultant and mediator, the other a psychosomatic coach and entrepreneur — came to me with a vision: a school that teaches people to lead conflicts instead of avoiding them. My job was to figure out what that actually means as a business, and then build it.
I spent time understanding what makes their approach different — the combination of psychology, neurobiology, somatic work, and systems thinking. Then I helped them translate that into a clear offering: a 10-week online training with live modules and an integration retreat. From fuzzy idea to structured product.

The website was designed and built from scratch — no templates, no page builders. Clean typography, warm aesthetic, and a structure that guides visitors from understanding the philosophy to signing up for the program. Every page, every section, every line of code.

challenge
Isabel and Ania had something real — years of experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and coaching. But translating that into a brand and digital presence that actually communicates what they do? That was the gap.
approach
I started by listening. Not to what they wanted the website to look like, but to what their work actually does for people. From there I helped them distill the core message, structure the offering in business terms, and build the entire website from scratch.
impact
Soulful Academy launched with a clear brand voice, a 10-week training program, and a website that communicates exactly what they stand for — conflict competence with heart. Everything from strategy to code, delivered by one person.
