Two experienced practitioners — a mediator with 30 years in conflict dynamics and a psychosomatic consultant with deep roots in cooperative business — had the knowledge and the conviction. What they didn't yet have was clarity on how to translate all of it into a brand, a structure, and a voice the world could understand.

I came in before the website existed. We worked through the real questions first: what is this actually trying to do, who is it for, and what makes it different? Once that was honest, I moved into execution — brand alignment, communication strategy, and hands-on support building the website and shaping how they talk about their work.

impact

Soulful Academy launched in early 2026. A conflict school with heart — built on 45 years of combined experience, rooted in psychology, neurobiology, and somatic practice. Now out in the world.

Ania and Isabel came with something real — 45 years of combined experience in conflict work, mediation, somatic practice, and organisational consulting. What they needed was someone to help them find the shape of it. What is this, exactly? Who is it for? And how do you say it so the right people actually hear it?
