Strategy, Content & Website for a Conflict School
Two experienced practitioners, one an organizational consultant and mediator, the other a psychosomatic coach and entrepreneur, came to me with a vision: a school that teaches people to lead conflicts instead of avoiding them. My job was to figure out what that actually means as a business, and then build it.
I spent time understanding what makes their approach different, the combination of psychology, neurobiology, somatic work, and systems thinking. Then I helped them translate that into a clear offering: a 10-week online training with live modules and an integration retreat. From fuzzy idea to structured product.

The website was designed and built from scratch, no templates, no page builders. Clean typography, warm aesthetic, and a structure that guides visitors from understanding the philosophy to signing up for the program. Every page, every section, every line of code.

challenge
Isabel and Ania had years of real experience in conflict resolution, mediation and coaching. The gap was a brand and digital presence that communicates what they actually do.
approach
I started by listening. Not to what they wanted the website to look like, but to what their work actually does for people. From there I helped them distill the core message, structure the offering in business terms, and build the entire website from scratch.
impact
Soulful Academy launched with a clear brand voice, a 10-week training program and a website that says exactly what they stand for: conflict competence with heart. Strategy to code from one person.
