The times look wrong

Every time in the app is in your own time, unless it says “there”.

Check your own place and hours in Settings, under “Your own hours”.

If you travel, switch on “Follow my location”, or set a trip.

A place I paid for is not shown

Open the offer and tap “Restore a purchase”. Use the Apple Account you bought with.

I do not get a notice

Open the place, tap “Change”, and switch on “Tell me when reachable”.

Notifications must be allowed for Hours Away in the phone’s Settings.

Notices are planned a week ahead and renewed each time you open the app.

The watch shows nothing

Open Hours Away on the iPhone once while the watch is near. The places are handed over then.
